These terms apply when you browse danmo.in or buy from DANMO (DANMOINDIA). By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them first.

Using the website

  • You must be 18 or older, or shop with a parent or guardian.
  • Give us correct details (name, phone, address and email) so we can deliver your order.
  • Do not misuse the website, try to break its security or copy its content.

Products and prices

  • All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We try to show colours and sizes as accurately as possible, but screens differ, so the colour you see may vary slightly.
  • Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Orders

  • You get an order confirmation by email or SMS after you order. This is not yet acceptance of the order.
  • We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. Any amount you paid will be refunded in full.
  • You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. See our Returns & Exchanges page.

Payment

  • We accept online payments (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets) through our payment partner, and cash on delivery where available.
  • We do not store your card or bank details.
  • For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing cash on delivery orders may lead to cash on delivery being turned off for your account.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the DANMO name and logo, designs, photos and text, belongs to DANMO and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, natural events or network failures. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of India.
